As a therapist, Caroline is a member of the Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA) and works within their code of ethics and guidelines. She has successfully completed four years training in transactional analysis at north west training.

Currently Caroline works as a counsellor for a local counselling and family support centre. She is married with four children.

Caroline has 15 years' experience in human resources/training in both retail and education. This has enabled her to practise skills ranging from stress management, Career counselling, assertiveness, managing change and decision-making, requiring empathy and understanding across a wide range of people.

Caroline worked in education as a trainer, delivering courses in all aspects of management skills and behavioural training.
